Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

– 3 cups cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces (about ½-inch cubes) – ▢4 slices bacon – ▢⅓ cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade – ▢⅓ cup mayonnaise store-bought or homemade – ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder – ▢1 teaspoon onion powder


Cook Bacon: Put the bacon in a pan and cook it over medium-high heat until it gets crispy. When it's done, move the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels and let it cool down a bit.

Break up the bacon: When it's cool enough to touch, break it up into little bits. Put away.

Get the dressing ready. Put the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder in a big bowl and mix them together using a whisk.

Put the ingredients in the bowl. Put the cooked chicken, cut green onions, diced celery, and crumbled bacon in the bowl with the dressing. Mix everything together until it's all mixed in evenly.

Put Together Sandwiches: To put together the sandwiches, cut the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise. Cover the bottom half of each roll with green lettuce leaves.

Place a big serving of the chicken bacon ranch salad on top of the greens. Put the other half of the ciabatta roll on top.
