Baked Ranch Chicken with Bacon

– 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts – ▢1½ cups Ranch dressing – ▢½ cup sour cream – ▢1-1½ cup grated Parmesan cheese divided – ▢Kosher salt – ▢Freshly grated black pepper – ▢1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles

Prepare the chicken: If the chicken breasts aren't all the same thickness, use a meat pounder to make them all the same thickness, about 1 inch.

Add kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and half of the chopped Parmesan cheese to both sides of the chicken breasts. Season the chicken breasts and put them in the baking dish that has been prepared.

Get ready the Ranch Mixture. Put the Ranch sauce and sour cream in a medium bowl and mix them together using a whisk.

Cover the chicken breasts in the baking dish with the Ranch mix. Cover the top with the rest of the chopped Parmesan cheese.

Broil: Preheat the oven to broil. Broil the chicken for another two to four minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Be careful, because it can burn quickly, so keep a close eye on it.

Break up the cooked bacon and put it on top of the chicken after taking it out of the oven. After cooking the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes.
