Candy Rice Krispie Treats

– 10 mini Twix candy bars 100 grams, chopped (about 1¼ cups) – ▢10 mini Snickers candy bars 90 grams, chopped (about 1¼ cups) – ▢¾ cup mini M&M’s 133 grams – ▢¾ cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 104 grams, halved – ▢8 tablespoons unsalted butter 113 grams (1 stick) – ▢20 ounces jumbo marshmallows 567 grams (2 packages) – ▢2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 8 grams

Ingredients

Make a Foil Sling: Cut a piece of aluminium foil 18 inches long and fold it in half to make it 8 inches wide. The foil should go all the way around the pan and be pressed against the sides and ends.

Cut another 14-inch long piece of foil and lay it straight on top of the first sheetking spray that doesn't stick on the paper pieces.

Get candy ready: Put the Twix, Snickers, M&Ms, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix them all together. After mixing well, set it away.

Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: Melt the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Put in the salt, vanilla flavour, and big marshmallows.

For about three minutes, cook and stir the marshmallows with a spatula that has been covered with cooking spray. Spray the spatula again if it gets wet.

Take the Dutch oven off the heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal and half of the candy mixture. Stir them together. Add the candy to the rice mixture and stir it in until it's all mixed in.
