Chocolate Quinoa Porridge

To prep: – 2 bananas, peeled and sliced – ½ cup quinoa – 1¾ cup milk, preferably plant-based – 2 tbsp sugar-free cacao or cocoa powder – 2 tbsp maple syrup For the topping: – 2 tbsp mixed berries – 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped – 1 tsp maple syrup or honey


In the specified order, add each ingredient to the interior saucepan of the Instant.

 Ensure that the steam release lever is in the "Sealing" position.

 Pressure to Press Operate at a high pressure setting for six minutes.

Turn the pressure release lever at the end of the allotted time and wait for the vapor to completely escape.

Decorate each of the two serving dishes with berries and hazelnuts. 

Adding 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey is optional.
