Mushrooms with Za'atar & Jocoque

8 mushrooms 3 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp Za’atar 1 tbsp sumac ½ cup jocoque cheese   (white yogurt cheese) 2 tbsp tahini 2 tsp Sriracha 1 tbsp sunflower seeds 1 tbsp olive oil 3 sprigs parsley

Ingredients

The mushrooms are shredded into segments. After placing them in a basin, drizzle them with zaatar and avocado oil. 

 Thoroughly combine all ingredients while stirring to coat in oil and season.

Air fry on the Instant Vortex control panel for six minutes at a temperature of 355 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Select Start.

Once the message "Add Food" appears, remove the container and begin to arrange the mushrooms. Reintroduce the container into the Instant Vortex.

When the indicator reads "Turn Food," invert the mushrooms. Once the designated time has elapsed, remove the mushrooms and reserve them.

Place the jocoque in the center of the tray before proceeding. The mushrooms should be placed immediately on the jocoque.

Presently, combine tahini and sriracha, then drizzle over the mushrooms (entire dish). Olive oil, sunflower seeds, and a few parsley fronds should be used as a final garnish.
