Parmesan Pork Chops with Creamy Parmesan Garlic Sauce

– ▢4 boneless pork chops approximately 3-4 ounces each – ▢salt and pepper to taste – ▢1½ tablespoons salted butter – ▢3 cloves garlic minced – ▢1½ cup heavy cream – ▢2 tablespoons all purpose flour – ▢¾ cup grated parmesan – ▢1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Get the pan hot: Put a big pot on medium heat and heat it up. Put butter in the pan and stir it around so it covers the whole thing.

Cook Pork Chops: Put the pork chops in the pan with the seasonings. Cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown.

When both sides are browned, remove from heat and cover with a lid that fits tightly. Cover the pan and leave the pork chops there for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.

To make the sauce, scrape the pan to get rid of any cooked bits, but leave them in the pan to add flavour. Place the pan on medium-high heat.

Quickly stir the flour and cream into the pan after adding them. Turn down the heat and let the mixture cook for a while. Let the sauce cook for two minutes.

Add Parmesan and Parsley: Grate some Parmesan cheese and add some fresh parsley. Mix the ingredients together and heat them all the way through.
