Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients: For Meatballs: – 1 pound ground beef – ½ cup seasoned breadcrumb – ½ onion, minced – 1 egg – 1 ½ teaspoons salt – 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper – 2 tablespoons canola oil

For Sauce: – 2 cups beef broth – 2 cups whole milk – 1 ½ teaspoons salt – 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 4 cups egg noodle – 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping – ½ cup chopped parsley

Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onions, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Roll the mixture into 1½-inch balls. Heat the canola oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 1 minute on each side until browned.

Pour in the beef broth, whole milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Add the egg noodles to the pot and stir constantly until the noodles are cooked through and the sauce has thickened, which should take about 8 minutes.

Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve hot.
